I have purchased cars and had all of my service done here for years. I received a recall alert on my Enclave and took it to them to get the work done. After picking it up the airbag warning light was on and wouldn't go off, so I called them and took it back. They did the diagnostics and said the airbag warning light had nothing to do with there work and a sensor needs replaced under the passenger seat which will cost $350 to fix. I explained to them the light was not on when I dropped it off and it had to be something they done. After trying to get that through to them I told them not to do any work and I am going to pick the car up. After picking the car up mysteriously the airbag light is not on. I feel they were trying to squeeze another $350 out of me without doing any work. Before when they were Rodney Cobb I feel they were reputable and honest. But within the last few years they seemed to have had a large turnover in employees and cannot be trusted.

Appointment was easy to make and service was preformed as soon as I arrived.

I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and a one wiper blade replacement. I had an emissions check and they did not have the pump part that needed to be replaced and that it has to be ordered. This also made my automatic start defective which couldn't be fixed at that time either. Also I had a problem with my driver side roof molding. Service guy told me it needed two clips that he would have to order and it would be about $300 and wasn't covered under my extended warranty. When I went to pay I was told that they would not fix the roof molding & I had to take it to a body shop which is not what the service man told me and the waiting room. I was not pleased with the mixed signals & the amount of time I had to wait.

It's amazing all the new things that come with the cars these days. I'm a senior citizen and they helped put the Chevy app on my phone . I would recommend if your looking for a car go to their dealership.

Service was performed efficiently and with care. However, they are unprepared to deal with the massive recall which affects my truck. I blame this on GMC for not being able to respond to this very disconcerting problem. Hopefully this will be remedied very soon and truck owners won't be left hanging in the lurch.

This was my first service appointment for my new 2025 Chevy Trax. Everyone at the desk was very friendly. I noticed how very nice the shop was. My appointment was at 10:00 am and they took my car back and the amount of time they told me was right on time. Everything was good. I bought my car at this dealership, so I like to take it there for service when I can. I had to change my appointment, and they had no problem with that, which I appreciated. They let me know the things that needed to be done and the estimated price for each. There is one thing that could have been better with regard to payment methods. The dealership now charges 3% for using a credit or debit card. If I had known that, I would have brought a check or cash.

This was the easiest process for buying a new car I was able to communicate with the finance manager over the phone to make sure everything was where I wanted it to be before I went up to the dealership and once I got there they had all the paperwork ready all I had to do was take a test drive and go over all of the paperwork the staff was very friendly and explained everything about the car clearly which made the whole process even better

This place is a joke. Quoted me $600 plus tax for a transmission flush. If I make the appointment through the Chevy app the transmission flush is only $199. After I turned down the quote, I called Troutwines in Arcanum, they quoted me $189. Larkin-Cobb is known for the scams on price hikes. I will never come back to Larkin-Cobb.

Tony went out of his way to get my car together for a trip on Thursday.

For the most part, it was great. Excellent. I was a little disappointed that even though there was an error code that said change engine oil they didn’t look at the fact that the sticker still had three months to go and 3000 miles to go. They just went ahead and did an oil change. when I made the appointment I thought I had mentioned the code. when I said something after the service was done the technician said that he did reset that code on this oil change so I don’t know why he went ahead and did the oil change.

It was by far the best experience we have had when buying a new car. We have bought many over 4 decades and this experience was easy and timely.
